The Westchester real estate market slowed in October, with the number of new listings dropping by 22% from September, a 29% year-over-year decrease. Inventory remained low, down 6% month-over-month and 11% year-over-year. The median listed price was $795,000, a .5% decrease from the previous month. Listings spent an average of 8 days longer on the market compared to September, which is an 8% increase compared to the same time last year.
