Susan Culverhouse is an esteemed Broker at Realogics Sotheby's International Realty. Providing expertise in design and spotlighting value from an investor's perspective, Susan is an asset to her clients. She knows where to invest money to bring the most lucrative return, whether it be determining which neighborhoods to buy in or what remodeling projects yield the largest profits. After studying at The University of California Irvine, Susan began her career at Xerox Corporation where she consistently exceeded sales goals selling to Fortune 500 companies. She then sold Enterprise Software to C-level executives and technologies departments earning her awards such as rookie-of-the-year.
Throughout this time, Susan was gaining real estate experience as an investor. After renovating her first home from top-to-bottom and selling it for a substantial profit, Susan continued investing in real estate while married with children and moving from place to place to support her husband's career in software management. Susan's interest in real estate started at a young age and is in her words, "in her blood," as her family was involved in residential and commercial sales, buildings, and renovations.
Life as a Real Estate Broker stays exciting to her as she thrives on identifying the perfect home to fit her client's lifestyle and dreams. As a listing agent, she enjoys preparing the home for sale to get maximum results and as a buyers agent, she works relentlessly to help buyers find the best home in their price range.
Susan and her husband have four sons who are now all college-age or older and enjoy family time when they can alongside their two cats. When she is lucky to enjoy her hobbies she enjoys interior design, remodeling, gardening, exercise, and traveling to see family and friends and explore new places. Philanthropy is important to Susan and she is involved in many charitable efforts both through her husband's software company and the Catholic school that her youngest children attended. She has also been a supporter of Children's International since 1999 which provides medical and educational resources to children in need around the world.
